How this registration works:

1. Fill out the form below.
2. Click the Add to Cart button.
3. On the Review Cart page, click the red Proceed to checkout button.
4. From the Checkout page, you may login if you have an existing account. Otherwise, fill in your billing information.
5. Click the Place Order button.
6. Follow the instructions on the invoice that you’ll get in your email box.
7. Mail your check.
8. Once payment is received, your order will be marked paid.
9. You will now be able to login to access the Member Only content.
