The Purpose of the NCCC and Flint Corvette Club

The purpose of the NCCC and the Flint Corvette Club is to promote interest in, and operation of the Corvette. To that end, the NCCC and Flint Corvette Club shall collect and publish information and shall promote an organized program to encourage others to participate in the joys of owning and operating the Corvette.

The National Council of Corvette Clubs, Inc. (NCCC) was founded as an all volunteer, non-profit organization in 1959 by a small group of Corvette owners/enthusiasts!

In the early days, the number of Clubs was rather small with all of the them being located east of the Mississippi. Today, there are more than 280 Clubs in 15 regions both East and West of the Mississippi! The membership in NCCC comprises more than 17,000 Members, the largest non-profit, all volunteer, Corvette organization in the United States!

Flint Corvette Club and the NCCC sponsor many corvette events for you to enjoy. Most of these events are local, but as a member of NCCC, you can participate in Region or National events too!

Some of these events are:

Car Shows / Concours Caravans / Road Trips / Rallies Drag Racing / Bracket, Class, Record Speed Events / Low and High Speed Autocrosses Funkhanas / Parades Corvette Weekends National Corvette Conventions Social Events "Cruising"

With the NCCC our club and members are provided with spectator and participant liability coverage at Corvette events.

The most important thing about the orgainization "The National Council of Corvette Clubs," and our club, the Flint Corvette Club, is that you are put in touch with corvette members nationwide and have the opportunity to travel all over and enjoy your Corvette, as well as the technical information that is shared.

You are never without a Corvette friend.
